Our Story
My name is Dillon Winiecki, founder and director here at Inspection Career Training Academy. I run a multi-inspector firm – but I started out just like you. So I know where to start, and the path to a successful home inspection career.
We don’t just teach how to inspect homes here – we teach success. The home inspection industry is a fulfilling career. I should know, I own Protect Property Inspections LLC in Peoria, a successful multi-inspector firm. I know what it takes to do a good inspection and to build a career that will last for decades.
All of our instructors here are successful home inspectors as well. All with real-world trade and construction experience. We are able to field your questions with real experience, show you what really happens on an Arizona home inspection, and point you in the right direction with getting your new career off the ground.
