Our courses are designed to help you be successful on the NHIE, The application process, and becoming an industry leading home inspector.

Home Inspection Pre-Licensing Online – $699

This fully online, self-paced course fulfills the 84-hour training requirement established by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration for home inspector licensing. It is also designed to prepare students to successfully pass the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE), a key step in becoming a licensed home inspector. The program consists of 13 in-depth modules, each covering essential topics and skills every home inspector must know to be successful on the NHIE.

Upon enrollment, students will be assigned a personal seat in our interactive and user-friendly online training platform. Through the training, students can complete each module at their own pace, track their progress, and review materials as needed. This flexible structure allows learners to study anytime, anywhere, while gaining the foundational knowledge required for success in the field of home inspection.

National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) Test Prep Course – $249

This fully online, self-paced Test Prep Course is designed to help students review and reinforce their knowledge in preparation for the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE)—a key step toward becoming a licensed home inspector.

Upon enrollment, students will be assigned a personal seat on Trainual, our interactive and user-friendly online training platform. Through Trainual, students can complete each module at their own pace, track their progress, and review materials as needed. This flexible structure allows learners to study anytime, anywhere, while gaining the foundational knowledge required for success in the field of home inspection.

Home Inspection Pre-Licensing and Test Prep Online BUNDLE ($100 Discount) – $848

Home Inspection Pre-Licensing Course In-Person – $1600

• Get a hands-on experience with the ability to physically touch water heaters, HVAC units, Electrical panels and more!
• Taught to inspect a home in compliance with the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration, and InterNACHI Standards of Practices.
• Conduct a real Parallel home inspection with our lead field instructor. This will count as 1 of your 30 state required parallels.  
• Electronic report writing techniques 
• How to start and run a successful Home Inspection business in Arizona.

If you cannot participate in all consecutive days in this course, our curriculum will enable you to make up the missed section at the next month’s course, or attend on Zoom via our “Live Webinar”. ICTA provides you with flexibility for your busy schedule.

Home Inspection Pre-Licensing Course “Live Webinar” – $1200

87 Hours – Schedule

• Students tune in via Zoom from any location while the course is taught in person at our campus by our experienced local inspectors. (We will ensure you are familiar with zoom prior to the start of class)
• Taught to inspect a home in compliance with the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration, and InterNACHI Standards of Practices.

• Conduct a real Parallel home inspection with our lead field instructor. This will count as 1 of your 30 state required parallels.  (Optional)

• Electronic report writing techniques 

• How to start and run a successful Home Inspection business in Arizona.

If you cannot participate in all consecutive days in this course, our curriculum will enable you to make up the missed section at the next month’s course, or to watch a recording of the live webinar you missed.
